Tuesdays

Participants will learn about the day’s marine topic through virtual outdoor and indoor tank exploration. Armed with the inspiration from what is discovered and studied, students’ will then create their own art project. Each participant will receive a kit to complete the projects at home with support of art and school supplies & tools typically found at home

Wednesdays

Let’s use science to answer questions about how things work in the ocean world. We will explore topics from the 4 branches of marine science: biology, water chemistry,  geology,  and physics. Each virtual session will feature a hands on experiment. These activities are safe and easy to do with items found right in your own kitchen, supplemented by our included kit of materials!

Thursdays

Let’s connect to disconnect! Join us on live, virtual field trips to explore and observe different areas of our coastal habitats. Each session will highlight creatures from a different habitat area found locally.  

Participants will be provided a journaling kit to get their own observations and thoughts out. Journaling combines drawing, writing, and quantifying in a way that helps de-stress or download your brain making space to learn and explore more!
